Scott D. Lehman is a member at Lehman Law, PLLC. Mr. Lehman has concentrated his law practice in the area of commercial transaction and litigation with specialization in construction and real estate development having achieved special recognition as a Board Certified Construction Law Specialist by the Florida Bar.
Mr. Lehman represents business owners, property owners, developers, concessionaires, design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of entity formation, shareholder/partnership/operating agreements, the negotiation and preparation of design and construction documents, as well as in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims involving design and construction contracts, design and construction defects, insurance, surety bonds, and related matters. Mr. Lehman also assists with development management and project administration on construction projects.
